He loves football, but golf has a way of pulling him back in — even after a round that leaves
him questioning his life choices. That passion led to Black Sheep Golf, a community
and brand built on the idea that golfers don't have to fit the traditional mold to love the game.
Whether he's playing, searching for a lost ball, or explaining why that last shot definitely should
have gone farther, he brings the same energy to the course that he brings to every debate:
confident, opinionated, and occasionally difficult to defend.

Football remains a major part of his sports world. Over the years he's also hunted, fished,
and tried just about anything outdoors that provides a good story afterward.
FAMILY FIRST
the most important role
Away from the microphone, Norman's most important role is family. He's a proud husband and dad —
including the proud father of twins and a son with Down syndrome. His family is passionate about
advocating for the Down syndrome community and reminding people that every child and adult deserves
the opportunity to live a full, valued, celebrated life. His faith keeps him grounded — even
when his podcast opinions don't.
ON THE SHOW
somebody has to keep it interesting
Usually found asking the question nobody else was going to ask, challenging an opinion that was
perfectly fine five minutes ago, defending something he may or may not actually believe, and
occasionally starting an argument just to see where it goes.
